Join us for a rejuvenating 30-minute workout led by a professional trainer, followed by a calming soundbath to help you reset and recharge. This inclusive community space welcomes all individuals to connect, ground, and restore after a busy work week.

📍 Location: Near Perry’s Cafe & Beach Rental, 2400 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA 90405

🚗 Parking: $1/hr Short Term Parking available to the right of Perry’s Café

We’ll meet promptly at 10:00 AM in front of Perry’s Café. The workout starts at 10:15 AM sharp and will last for about 30 minutes, so please arrive on time!
