Beauty Build Sculpt

This is the first Beauty Build Sculpt class.

If you’ve been wanting to get stronger but feel intimidated by gyms or fast-paced workouts, this class was created for you.

Beauty Build Sculpt is a small-group, coached strength class focused on toning, posture, and confidence. Instead of rushing through exercises, you’ll move at a controlled pace with clear guidance so you always know what muscles you should be feeling and why. The goal isn’t exhaustion — it’s learning how to move your body correctly and leaving class feeling worked, capable, and accomplished.

No prior fitness experience is needed. You will not be asked to keep up — you will be coached. This is a supportive, welcoming environment where you can start (or restart) your fitness routine comfortably.

• Guided full-body sculpt workout
• Clear form coaching and demonstrations
• Controlled pace (no rushing or choreography)
• Motivating, steady-tempo music
• Small supportive group environment

• Yoga/exercise mat
• Water
• Grip socks or regular socks (recommended)

(Some equipment will be provided.)

• Feel intimidated by traditional gyms
• Want strength training without high-impact cardio
• Prefer clear instruction instead of fast choreography
• Are returning to fitness after time off

Spots are limited to keep the class coached and personal.

Class is confirmed once 6 participants are registered.

Cancellations made 24 hours before class receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable due to limited capacity.

Participants must be 18+.

The studio is located inside the building at 2232 D St in La Verne. The exact suite number and entry instructions will be emailed 24 hours before class. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to park, check in, and set up your mat. Doors close promptly at 9:55am to avoid interrupting instruction.
