BEAUTIFY THE BAYOU!

Join us Friday, April 24th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Maumelle Diamond Center Softball Complex (park on the far left of parking lot if facing lot) where the Maumelle Wetland Trail begins on White Oak Bayou. We will be cleaning up trash and debris along the Wetland Trail as well as in the Country Club of Arkansas neighborhood bordering the Bayou. Great opportunity for school students to meet their volunteer obligation. Bring water proof boots, waterproof gloves, and a water bottle. You may wish to wear bug spray, sunscreen, and a hat. White Oak Bayou Wetlands Conservancy will provide the trash bags and additional bottled water. Bring money if you would like to purchase a White Oak Bayou t-shirt!
