After the success of their heart centred summer workshop, Annie and Jane would like to share with you some more ideas and practices that have transformed their own lives. This earth centred workshop is perfect for anyone interested in discovering how to connect with their inner abundance.
Annie currently works as a Five Elements Acupuncturist and Jane as a Sound Therapist. They have discovered the profound transformation that comes about through using both acupuncture and therapeutic sound together.
BEAUTIFUL YOU - Inner Abundance
In this workshop Annie and Jane will help you to understand how to trust in your natural abilities to be fully connected with the generous abundance of earth.

The workshop includes -
 Grounding and centering meditations
 Learn acupressure points for the digestive system
 Awakening your senses to the language of the earth element
 Discover how to trust and align with your true abundant nature
