Join us in-studio for a 90-minute workshop - with more focus on technique vs. our regular classes, it's a perfect opportunity for dancers with some experience that are looking for a more challenging experience.
All DivaDance classes start with community time to get to know the squad and kick off with a high energy warmup/stretch. Our instructor will review the technique topic of the day, then you'll get sexy and sweaty while you learn a low-impact cardio dance choreo routine featuring original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you'll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. After class, join our private Facebook group to get access to your group's video (participation in the video is totally optional).
