Beaujolais Nouveau de l'Ozark 2026! (2 seatings available!)

For over 200 years, on the third Thursday of November, the entire culinary world has paused to raise a glass to the very first French vintage of the year, Beaujolais Nouveau! From the bustling bistros of Paris and neon-lit lounges of Tokyo, our little town of Eureka Springs will gather simultaneously with millions to uncork and pour this fun, bright, and young wine under the cozy roof of Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse!
On this special night, we will be diverting from our usual steak and prime rib to pay homage and have a little fun with French-meets-Ozark cuisine! Chefs Josh and I have put together a four-course prix-fixe menu that includes three glasses of wine, featuring the 2026 Beaujolais Nouveau harvest! We will have two seatings, 5:15 and 7:15.
