About DJ Dee
Hi, I'm DJ Dee! I'm a San Francisco Native, and based in the LatinX Cultural District. I love curating a personal vibe through music and energy. Typically, you will hear me playing baile funk, moombahton, dembow, and house music. I've dabbled in making music and DJing for several years, but AVID has a special place in my heart because Dr. Jow gave me the opportunity to jump start my DJ career when she brought me into DJ during her HIIT classes. Fun fact about me is that I recently participated in a DJ battle at Dinah Shore in Palm Springs!

Hey, I’m Rich! I’ve been guiding breathwork and meditation practices for over five years, blending mindful breathing with music and movement to help people reconnect with themselves. You can expect a grounded, soulful experience — one that’s equal parts rhythm, release, and reflection.
I love weaving funky, uplifting tracks into sessions to help the energy flow and keep things real. Breathwork completely shifted my own quality of life, and I’m passionate about creating that same space for others.
When I’m not leading sessions, you’ll probably find me checking out live music in the city, sweating it out at the sauna or running down the Embarcadero.
