Hosted in Mimm Studios, this Masterclass looks behind the music at industry roles in Publishing, Royalties and working for Record Labels.

Lee Bright is a music industry consultant and label executive with over 25 years’ experience spanning A&R, project management, royalties and commercial strategy. Lee has worked for Cherry Red Records, and for two decades was Label Manager at BBE Music. He worked with globally respected artists including J Dilla, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ebo Taylor, Mark Ronson and will.i.am, alongside projects involving DJ Premier, Dimitri From Paris, Carl Craig and Laurent Garnier.

Held at Mimm Studios, Nottingham and focusing on showcasing a wide breadth of local career pathway from within the Music Industry and also celebrating the talents of the young creatives from the Beatknots Music Academy. We have curated a vibrant 3-week schedule, featuring a range of Talks, Masterclasses, Performances and Workshops.
