Performing across the Midwest, and at such legendary venues as Chicago's Park West, Subterranean, and Beat Kitchen, BTM is a totally unique Jam/Beatles tribute act, where a rotating cast of some of Chicago’s finest musicians come together to take you across the Beatles universe in a totally new and exciting way.
The group thrills crowds of all ages with their huge catalog, quirky interpretations, and spontaneous improvisation. BTM shows have been known to include "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band '' in its entirety, as well as deep cuts from "The White Album" and Side 2 of "Abbey Road". You never know what you might hear at a show, but you know you'll enjoy it and sing and dance along!
Well, we don’t just play the hits, and we definitely don’t dress up and talk in fake English accents (maybe the accents sometimes). What we do is mix up setlists with improvisation, alternate versions of songs, and deep cuts from their huge and diverse catalog to please both hardcore Beatles and jam-band fans. Anywhere from Earth Wind and Fire's funkified version of "Got To Get You Into My Life", to Sonic Youth's heavy and psychedelic, "Within You Without You", anything is possible at a BTM show! A rotating cast of some of Chicago’s finest musicians come together to take you across the Beatles universe in a totally new and exciting way.
