However, heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States, often presenting with different symptoms and overlooked risk factors. This vital class is designed specifically for women (and those who care for them) to understand the unique ways heart disease affects women. We'll cover specific risk factors, recognize common and less common symptoms that women experience, and discuss essential prevention strategies. Learn how to advocate for your heart health, what questions to ask your doctor, and how to make lifestyle changes that can save your life. Empower yourself with knowledge to protect your most vital organ.

Who Should Attend: This class is crucial for all women, especially those over 40, those with a family history of heart disease, or women with risk factors like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or those experiencing menopause. Caregivers and loved ones are also welcome to attend and learn how to support women's heart health
