Join Personal Trainer, Jennifer Pozzi on Thanksgiving morning for her third annual BEAST BEFORE THE FEAST, Strength & Cardioextreme class. Class itself is free and open to both members and nonmembers, HOWEVER we are encouraging participants to donate online to Orion/Oxford FISH Food Pantry.
