About this Event
Welcome to the Fourth Annual Bearcat Cares Craft and Vendor Show 2026! Join us on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Kearney High School for a day filled with shopping, crafts, and fun. We welcome a variety of vendors offering unique products and handmade items.
Located at 2702 West 11th Street in Kearney, NE, our event will be in conjunction with a soccer tournament at the school and the 2nd annual TriM pancake feed. There is also a large wrestling tournament in Kearney this day which should bring in more shoppers.
We allow vendors to set up Friday evening and Saturday morning. Our booths are 10x10 spaces. We offer some booths with electricity for an extra charge. Best of all, we have students available to assist with loading/unloading set up and tear down. A detailed information page will be attached in an email along with a parking map, vendor booth map, and advertising flyers once we are closer to the event date.

Promotion: This will be our fourth annual Bearcat Cares Craft Fair and Vendor Show. We will be promoting the event on our KHS social media pages and through local media so that we are able to provide a successful event for everyone. Join our Facebook event and share with friends. We will have large wooden signs for advertisement also. Please share the event on your social media, invite customers to join the event page, put up posters in your town, and spread the word so we can get a great crowd. There will be a soccer tournament happening this day also at KHS and a wrestling tournament in Kearney.

For organizational purposes, your name will be on your booth and on maps. Please remove the sign upon closing and also please pick up trash around your area. Student volunteers and our JROTC will be available to help load/unload. **NOTE: Please be very careful with our wooden/painted gym floor. Parking: After unloading on the SOUTHWEST side of the building (across from the church), all vendors will need to park as far north in the parking lot as possible. Vendor parking for trailers will be designated in the NORTHWEST parking lot. Watch for parking signs and ask a parking attendant for help if needed. There will be a soccer tournament and pancake feed during our event, so paying attention to the parking maps is important. Please review the parking lot map.
Security: Friday evening set up went well last year, so we are making that happen again! The building will be locked overnight but we will NOT have security guards overnight. Please keep all valuable items in your possession. KPS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Licensing and Trademark Infringements: If unauthorized counterfeit goods are on display for sale at the event, they should be removed.
