Lenoir-Rhyne Athletics and the Bears Club are thrilled to announce the 4th annual BeaRaPaLooZa, presented by the City of Hickory. This community event will be filled with fun, food, family, and LR Athletics. Admission to BeaRaPaLooZa and all athletic events that day is free, courtesy of our friends at the city of Hickory.
BeaRaPaLooZa kicks off at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11th, with the Lenoir-Rhyne Football Spring game. There will be live music from the Shelby Rae Moore Band beginning at noon on the Surface Family Practice Field/Gold tailgating Lot, and you can tailgate with many of the Bear sports teams, including LR Football Head Coach Doug Socha, his staff, and the football team. Local food trucks in attendance will be Order Up, Big Daddy's Kountry Cookin', Gas Up, Crab Shack King, Thee Stuffed Waffle, Kona Ice, and Sunset Slush of Wilkes. In addition there will be inflatables, obstacle courses, and a face painter.

A staple of BeaRaPaLooZa is the Bears Club Spring Raffle that takes place each spring and involves raffle tickets being sold for $100 each, with the opportunity for purchasers to win 40 prizes. The drawing for the raffle prizes will be held during the event. This year's raffle will feature 4 cash prizes ($250 x2, $500, and $1,000), a Charleston experience, a golf experience at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia, plus mountain house getaways, restaurant gift cards, and more!
