Bear Hugs of Love for the Family: A Heartfelt Valentine Gala

OVERVIEW:

Bear Hugs of Love: Family & Charity Valentine Event is a formal/semi-formal celebration for kids, parents, and families. This event launches our year‑round mission to collect and deliver comfort bears to foster youth, children who are hospitalized or facing illness, kids with disabilities, veteran‑connected families, seniors, homeless youth shelters, and children in crisis.

We will host a free appreciation raffle during the event. Every attendee is automatically included at no cost, and no purchase or payment is required to participate. Winners will receive small gift bags such as toys, headphones, or similar items as a fun way to thank our guests.
This raffle is not gambling and is not tied to admission fees or donations.

All teddy bears collected at the event will be donated directly to the vulnerable populations we serve. They are not sold, raffled, or exchanged.

The small admission fee at the door helps cover food and venue expenses only.
All donations and contributions are tax‑deductible.

We are committed to transparency and to following all Eventbrite rules and guidelines.

A bear can bring a moment of comfort
to a heart that feels unseen.
It can sit beside the foster child,
the military teen,
the senior who feels forgotten,
the youth without a home,
the child facing illness,
and the kid with disabilities
who needs a gentle reminder of strength.

But a bear does not take the place of God,
For God alone is perfect love.
A bear is simply a small reflection
of His comfort and care—
a soft reminder that
every child, every person,
is deeply loved.
