Baby, it's cold outside but not at Beacons New Location: 2245 Camino Vida Roble, Suite 100 especially when you are being kept toasty by the warm embrace of a nice sweater! Be prepared for a night of dancing, games, and an ugly sweater competition.

Would you like for SDRC to pay for Club Beacons under Social Recreational activities?

For traditional SDRC consumers/clients:

1. Contact the consumer’s Service Coordinator to ask for approval for Social Recreational funding for Club Beacons
2. Seek approval for a 6 months intervals: $52/event at twice a month for 6 months= $624
3. Once SDRC approval is received and the FMS (most likely Community Interface Services or CIS) is notified, please email [email protected] for further instructions and once you are in our system, a Promo Code to use when registering for each Club event.
4. Club Beacons will need the client’s name and contact information, their UCI#, FMS contact information, Service Code and any other instructions from the FMS to submit payment.

For Self Determination consumers/clients:

1. Contact the consumer’s special SDP Service Coordinator and have Social Recreational funds approved (either as special Social Recreational funding or possibly through Community Integration funding).
2. Seek approval for a 6 month interval: $52/event at twice a month for 6 months= $624
3. Once SDRC approval is received and the consumer’s FMS has received an approved and revised spending plan (as needed), contact us at [email protected] for further instructions and a Promo Code to use when registering for each Club event.
4. Club Beacons will need the client’s name and contact information, their UCI#, FMS contact information, Service Code and any other instructions from the FMS to submit payment.
