Asian Enough (AE) is a cultural organization based in Beacon, NY, just 70 miles north of NYC. We are dedicated to building meaningful connections within the Asian diaspora, offering a welcoming space for those who have felt disconnected from their Asian heritage, whether due to multicultural backgrounds, adoption, feeling like an outsider, or simply desiring a deeper connection to the Asian community. Using food as a bridge, we foster community through collaborative cooking classes, cultural potlucks, community-driven workshops and educational opportunities that center around the unifying power of food. Our mission is to celebrate and deepen connections to Asian identity through these shared experiences and to provide a platform where individuals can learn, share, and embrace their cultural roots.
