BEACON BRIGHT FEST is a community event featuring fun & educational activities for children, a health fair, vendors, and health workshops.
About this Event

The BEACON BRIGHT FEST is a community event organized by the nonprofit, The BEACON Institute, in partnership with the Kershaw YMCA. Get your free ticket today, which gets you free admission into the event and a free parking space. Those who do not secure their free ticket before the event will have to pay a $1 parking fee on the day of the event.

This community event will feature:

• Fun outdoor activities for children (bounce houses , obstacle courses, carnival games, etc.)
• Educational workshops for children, such as a teddy bear clinic and science exploration activities ().
• A health fair, where providers will share information about their organizations
• Vendors selling delicious foods and amazing products.

Though the event is free to attend, in order to participate in the outdoor activities, families must buy activity tickets or wristbands from the ticket booth on the day of the event (in the same style as a fair or carnival.)

Please reserve your free ticket on our eventbrite page, so we can have an accurate idea of how many attendees will be coming. Note about free tickets. You are limited to 5 free tickets per reservation. If you need more than 5 free tickets, submit separate orders.

The goal of the event is to raise funds for The BEACON Institute, which provides mini grants for various initiatives including education, disability support, health & wellness, and veteran support (to name a few).
