Join us for BEACHSIDE, a special summer artmaking session where the shoreline becomes our studio. Together, we'll trade charcoal for watercolor and spend the afternoon painting the beauty that's been in front of us all along; the ocean, the sky, and the simple joy of creating beside one another.

Whether you've never picked up a paintbrush or you've been making art for years, BEACHSIDE is designed for everyone. We'll begin with a guided watercolor lesson led by our featured teaching artist, Lee "Squaredotcom" Beard before opening the space for you to explore, create, and settle into the rhythm of the beach.

Bring a friend, come solo, or make new ones while you're here. We'll have music by DJ BLXSS, fresh ocean air, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy an afternoon rooted in creativity and community. Also joining in on the fun we will have refreshments by Slushy Lady Boston.

What to expect:

• A beginner-friendly guided watercolor session
• All art materials provided while supplies last
• Live music and a relaxed beach atmosphere
• Frozen treats for attendees (while supplies last)
• A welcoming space for all ages and experience levels

What to bring:

• A beach towel, chair and/or blanket
• Sunscreen and water
• A hat or sunglasses if you'd like
• Your favorite people

BEACHSIDE is free to attend, but registration is encouraged. Please note that supplies are limited and will be dispursed on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation.
