From May until the end of September every year at Alum Chine Beach. Here's everything you need to know about Lillie's Summer Beach Season 2026 and how to secure your space! This will be our SIXTH beach yoga season and we are introducing not just one but two classes per week PLUS beach pilates on Sundays with our guest teacher, Rachel 🌞Welcome to our self-love community; A place where all sizes, shapes and levels are celebrated. Your beach yoga class is an invigorating 60 minute flow that promotes harmony for the mind, body and soul, suitable for all levels of yoga including beginners.
Elevate your summer with this energising class that promotes self-love, held on the sand opposite Vesuvio on Alum Chine Beach
No yoga mat? No problem. Simply bring a towel and dive into the experience! All you need to do is book to secure your place and then show up on the day!

About your teacher; Lillie has been teaching yoga for nearly 8 years and owns popular local yoga studio, The Loving Life Studio in Parkstone and travels the world with her deep dive self-love retreat company, Loving Life Retreats. Her teaching oozes body positivity and inclusivity, aiming to cultivate a safe and fun space for all who come to her classes. No one goes unnoticed in Lillie's class and nobody is out of place. Your size, gender, age does not matter because yoga is for everyone and love is equal. Lillie is fully licensed, insured and registered with BCP to bring you these classes on our beautiful beaches.
