Come relax, breathe and move by the sea for the best start to your summer weekends!Beach yoga classes lead by Casey Bell. This year marks ten years of yoga on the beach, how good?!
Class is all levels and beginner friendly!
**Please note class is not suitable for pregnancy**
Come along 10 mins before class to set up your spot on the sand, Bring along a towel to practice on, something warm in case it's chilly and some water. Don't forget to slip, slop, slap!
Class this summer:
8.45-9.45am Saturdays
$15 per person, eftpos available.
In the event of bad weather class will be cancelled, you can sign up to the text alert so you know if class is all go or not. If it is windy on the beach we will still run class from our backup location, in the park directly behind Waimairi Beach Surf Club.
This class runs every Saturday morning from November 15th, finishing last weekend of Feb 2026.
Come along and begin your weekend with some fresh sea air and leave feeling relaxed with a spring in your step.
