A beautiful way to wake-up! Enjoy a mixed levels class on the waterfront deck of the Jacky Durrell Pavilion at the Penfield Beach. Beginners are encouraged to try beginner classes first.
We will meet on the Jacky Durrell Deck at Penfield Beach.
If there is inclement weather, we will move to the Penfield Pavilion deck instead, which is covered and just a few feet away from the Jacky Durrell Deck.
No beach sticker is required at this hour.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! NO WALK-INS. LIMITED SPACES.
Please bring your own mat, props, sunscreen, and bug spray (as needed).
