You won’t believe how good it feels to practice yoga outside, right next to the sea in Newquay! Experience yoga on the beach with the most breathtaking view at our beautiful ocean front location on Lusty Glaze beach.
Classes are suitable for all levels including total beginners. There will be lots of different options so you can do just what feels good for you.
The class is relaxed and fun and all about enjoying being outside beside the sea and taking time to relax, breathe deeply and energise.
Beach yoga classes start on Thursday 20th June and continue throughout the summer on most Thursdays at 9.45am.
