Bring your yoga practice to beautiful Burlington beach and join our classes held right on the sand in Nature’s studio! Our weekly Sunday morning classes are perfect way to honour yourself, body & mind each week. .
Our fun and engaging series will help to transform your body, rejuvenate your mind and restore balance. Stretch, tone and find your bliss to the sounds of waves lapping at the shore with the warmth of the sun on your skin. Practicing in sand increases the difficulty in holding poses and helps accelerate your path to spiritual and physical balance.
Plan to stay after class and enjoy the beach or even reserve a rental paddleboard to make the morning even more perfect.
Classes are suitable for all levels and abilitities. Our instructors will welcome you and ensure you get the most of your time in Natures studio. All full sessions include entry into one Signature Beach Yoga Event of your choice. x
