Welcome to Self Love Sunday! A weekly beach-front beginner friendly flow yoga class to strengthen your body and mind.

Just bring your mat or a towel! Optional: bring your bathing suit for a post class community cold plunge!

We meet every Sunday on the grass between the Kitsilano yacht club and kits beach pool (location is weather dependent **this event runs rain or shine**)

**In case of rain (if the ground is still wet) we meet undercover at 1305 Arbutus St (Boathouse Restaurant)
