As part of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lady McAdden are hosting a number of wellbeing events on different themes. To help with mental health and to revitalise and energise we are hosting a morning beach yoga session with Yoga Teacher Emily Morris, followed by an invigorating cold water dip.
We will have a cold water swimming expert on hand to talk you through safe steps into the water. Also included will be a much needed warming tea or coffee from Surf.
We will be meeting on the beach by the Surf Cafe.
Please note this event may be cancelled if there is inclement weather. We will notify all booked participants the day before if the event cannot go ahead.
Wear a swimming costume underneath yoga clothes for ease of changing. Please bring your own yoga mat. Ensure you bring a towel, and warm clothes to wear after your dip.
