Beach Tone-Up

One of the best ways to make healthy habits a lifestyle is to find things you’ll want to return to again and again. Activities that make you laugh, connect you with others and get your heart beating in the process are the golden ticket to sustained healthy living. And we’ve got just the thing for you!  

Join Aileen Suseck of Studio K for Beach Tone-Up, a fun, full-body strength and toning class for all levels, that is set to your favorite Beach classic hits!  You’ll use beach towels and beach balls to get into the summer spirit. Please bring your own beach towels and yoga mats; beach balls will be provided.  

Exercise modifications will be provided, so this class is open to everyone of all fitness levels. This program is intended for those 14 years old and older. 

This program is presented by Studio K and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
