BEACH TAKEOVER: Mat Pilates, Matcha, and Cold Plunge!
About this Event
This summer, Body Haus Lifestyle Club is hosting our annual Beach Takeover at Grand Haven State Park, and we want the whole community there! Whether you're a longtime BHLC member, a curious newcomer, or just someone who loves a good morning at the beach, come exactly as you are!
Here's what we've got planned:
Mat Pilates on the Beach
Bring your mat and move with us lakeside. All levels welcome; no experience needed, just a willingness to show up and be present.
Cold Plunge Pop-Up
We're bringing our cold plunge to the sand. Take the plunge (literally), reset your nervous system, and feel absolutely alive. First timers encouraged!! You won't regret it!
FREE Matcha Bar
We're slinging complimentary matcha for everyone. Creamy, energizing, and the perfect beachside ritual!This is a free, open-to-all community event. No ticket needed. Just show up and enjoy our community.
