This in-person event will be held on the beach right past the lifeguard tower - there is a paid parking lot at 3115 Vistamar St.

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Water Bottle
• Comfortable clothes
• + a bathing suit (if you want to take a dip in the ocean after the sound bath!)
