2025 Beach Life Sorrento Spooky Season Spiketober Coed 4s Volleyball Tournament!

Hit the sand with Beach Life Sorrento and dive into Halloween fun where spooky meets the sandy vibes!

All skill levels are welcome to enjoy the fun and connect with amazing people from across the volleyball community. Costumes are highly encouraged! Best costume wins a prize (team or individual), so let your creativity shine!

3 Divisions:

• Zombies: Beginners & casual players
• Werewolves: Intermediate players who know the way around the court & love a good rally
• Vampires: Advanced players looking to bring the heat

Event Details:

• Date: October 18th, 2025 (Saturday)
• Check-in Time: 8:30 AM
• Games Start: 9:30 AM
• Location: Sorrento Beach, Santa Monica
• Team Composition: Teams of 4 or up to 5 players on the roster
• Format: Round Robin with playoff rounds

Registration Fee:

• Werewolves & Vampires: $200 per team, $50 per individual
• Zombies Division: $150/team, $40 per individual

Prizes for winners:

• Vampires: 1st place $800, 2nd place $400
• Werewolves: 1st place $400, 2nd place $250

Rules:

• At least 1 female player on the court at all time.
• 1 set rally scoring to 21, win by 2, cap at 25.
• Teams switch sides of the court after 7 points.
• Let serves are allowed, and the ball can be played off the net on a serve.
• Blocks do not count as a touch.
• Sets will be called loosely.
• Teams are not required to rotate but must rotate servers.
• No open hand tip or redirecting the ball is allowed, however, this may not apply to the Fun division.
