Beach Clean Up + Donation Base Soundbath

Join me for a Beach Clean Up + a Sound Healing Session afterwards on April 19th. I'd love for you to join me in making a difference and giving back to our beaches. As we all know, they're full of rubbish, damaging our ecosystem. Let's collectively help clean our beaches and save the animals and our environment for future generations to come. So they to can enjoy the beach like we currently do. It's on April 19th, Lifeguard Tower #26 in Santa Monica. The beach cleanup will begin at 11 am, so please arrive on time, if you're hoping to participate in the beach cleanup. Followed by guided breathwork and sound healing meditation that will begin at noon.

Afterward, stay and hang out in the community. Connect with like-minded individuals, socialize, and enjoy the SoCal sun. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, a beach umbrella for shade, and some snacks. After the cleanup, we'll relax enjoy a cup of sun tea followed by guided breathwork and sound bath meditation, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.

We'll meet at 📍 Santa Monica: Lifeguard Tower#26. Get here early for street parking. There is paidbeach parking available.

You will see a baby blue umbrella near Lifeguard Tower #26. I will be setup near the walk way.

From 11 am - 12: 30pm
Energy Exchange: $22 per person (for Sound Bath) to aviod fee's Venmo:rootsandwombwellness, include email address in the comments + beach clean up.

🔹 We Provide: Gloves & trash bags
🔹 You Bring: Closed-toe shoes, sun protection, a blanket, and an umbrella & blanket/yoga mat for relaxation during the sound bath, after the beach cleanup.

Join me as we heal our beaches and, most importantly, heal ourselves.

Bring your children, babies in arms, husbands, a friend, your fur puppy, or yourself, and enjoy the beautiful day as we make a difference. (Sound Bath porition, children under 13 are free, over 13 please contribute towards the sound bath).

Little by little, collectively, we will make Earth a better, a cleaner home for future generations.
