WOMENS 2s OPEN/AA, A & B/BB
AVP MEMBERSHIP ~ minimum Silver
ATTN: Teams with incomplete info (either only 1 player or invalid/expired AVP #) have ONE WEEK after they register to complete team info! If registration is within one week of the tournament that grace period changes to within 24 hours of registration. Any time after the grace period, the team can be removed from the tournament WITHOUT notice & WITHOUT refund.
Division caps are determined by demand and can change at any time. To make sure YOUR division is good to go ~ register early!
TIMES
Check in 3:00-3:15pm BOTH players must be on site before the team can check in. Late or incomplete teams will not play. No refund.
Play starts at 3:45pm
Coolers & outside drinks are NEVER allowed in the facility.
Bar Tenders are NOT allowed to fill water bottles!
Grill & Chill opens 5:30pm!
BEACH BALLER SERIES 26'
Baller 26’ divisions: M/W 2s BB/B, A, AA & Open
Every division might not be offered in every Baller tournament.
Once a team wins a division, those players cannot compete on the same team in that same division during the current series. This applies to all divisions!
Players on winning teams CAN continue to play in the division they won with a different partner.
Players on winning teams CAN play together in the next higher division. (n/a Open)
FORMAT
Pool Play + Single Elimination Playoffs. Teams from the same pool MIGHT compete against each other in Playoffs!
In playoffs, teams are REQUIRED to stay & ref the next game/match after they lose. That is expected and part of participating in tournament play.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS / REFUNDS
Registrations cancelled by Thursday of tournament week at 7pm are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded.
It is up to one of the team members to withdraw the team from the tournament. 'Withdrawing' prior to 7pm on Thursday automatically prompts a full refund.
Regardless of whether or not a refund is available, registered teams who are not able to participate are expected to communicate that information to Third Coast as early as possible. [email protected]
A no-show is defined as withdrawing from a tournament within 12 hours of check-in via email, over the phone or simply not showing up.
If a registered team no-shows, neither player is permitted to play in the next (equivalent age) tournament at Third Coast. (eg: If an adult team no-shows and the next 3C tournament at 3C is juniors then the adult team cannot play in the next adult tournament whenever that may be & regardless of the format (coed 2s, m/w, coed 4s).
If a team or player no-shows more than once in a calendar year, the player(s) cannot play in the following 4 tournaments including any that may be in the next calendar year.
If a team must withdraw on the 'day of a tournament' please call Third Coast 713.974.6837 and speak to a human! Do NOT leave a message – call back & speak to a real live human.
