“BE YOUR OWN SWEETHEART” Spiritual Growth Seminar

Not as ego or indulgence, but as the natural expression of awareness itself. Most of us have learned to be kind to others, yet remain harsh or demanding toward ourselves. “Be Your Own Sweetheart” invites you to turn that same tenderness inward.

Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, we’ll discover how genuine self-compassion transforms our inner world — softening judgment, dissolving resistance, and allowing love to flow freely. When we become our own sweetheart, life itself begins to feel sweeter: more peaceful, more forgiving, and more whole.
