Be You Disco is a guided silent disco experience that blends mindful movement, somatic release, music, and real human connection.It’s dancing, embodiment, and community woven into one full-body reset. 🪩💫
This is not a party you watch.
It’s an experience you participate in. 🎧💃
If yoga 🧘♀️, therapy 🧠, a dance floor 🔊, and a spiritual breakthrough ✨ had a baby under the palm trees 🌴 — this would be it.
🌿 What to expect
We begin with spacious arrival and gathering time so you can land, stretch, breathe, and gently transition out of your day.
The moment you put the headphones on 🎧, the outside world softens and your body starts to settle.
From there, you’ll be guided through:
🧘 A grounding, intention-setting meditation
💃 A facilitated somatic dance journey led by Carolina Panoff
🎶 Music that builds from gentle to expressive, inviting release, joy, and aliveness
🤝 Open dance + connection time, where community forms naturally
🌕 A closing integration, so you leave feeling clear, connected, and more yourself
