💙 BENDIGO, LET'S WALK WISE! 💙
🥾 Bendigo Be Wise Walk – Bunyip Dam
Good company, fresh air, beautiful bushland and a cause worth walking for!
Join us for the Pat Cronin Foundation's Bendigo Be Wise Walk, a relaxed community bushwalk bringing people together to raise awareness about the devastating impact of violence and the importance of making wise choices.
Whether you're a regular bushwalker, looking for an excuse to get outdoors, or simply want to support a cause that matters, we'd love to have you join us!
🌿 EVENT DETAILS
📅 Date: 22 November
📍 Meeting point: Spring Gully MTB Trailhead, Wattle Drive, Bendigo
🕤 Meet: From 10:30am for an 11:00 am start
🥾 Distance: Approximately 4kms
🌳 Route: A scenic bushland walk incorporating Bunyip Dam, returning to the trailhead.
👟 Difficulty: Easy – but there are some slight inclines, rocky sections and uneven ground. Nothing too hard to navigate.
🍽️ AND THEN... LET'S DO LUNCH!
After the walk, we'll be heading to the One Tree Hill Hotel for an optional lunch.
Because sometimes the best conversations happen when we sit down, share a meal and connect with others.
💙 WHY WE WALK
The Pat Cronin Foundation was established in memory of Pat Cronin, whose life was tragically cut short by a single act of violence.
Through education, awareness and community engagement, the Foundation works to prevent violence and encourage people to Be Wise – Think Carefully, Act Kindly.
This isn't a race, a competition or a test of fitness. It's simply an opportunity to come together, enjoy the outdoors and walk for something that matters.
💙 Come on your own, bring a friend or gather a group. Everyone is welcome!

One walk. One conversation. One wise choice at a time.
