Be Well Festival Vendor Agreement & Details

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Be Well Festival! We are excited to showcase vibrant and enthusiastic businesses that align with our mission of community wellness, engagement, and joy.

To secure your vendor space, please carefully review the following details:

Vendor Fee: $65 (Non-Refundable)

Application & Fee Deadline: March 15th

Spots are limited- We will accept vendors until spaces are full.

Vendor Requirements: All vendors must provide proof of a valid business license, and food vendors are required to submit all necessary health permits and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations. Due to limited space, we will curate a diverse selection of vendors and make every effort to prevent duplication of food, products, and services.

Set-Up Access:

May 30th – Early access for table setup (You will need to provide your own table(s).

May 31st – Doors open for vendor setup at 7:00 AM

Vendor Meeting & Tour: We will host a mandatory vendor meeting and venue tour three weeks before the event to go over logistics, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience.

Registration: Vendor spaces can be secured via Eventbrite once we receive your completed registration form. DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE GOOGLE FORM.
