Two 45 min CPD sessions, along with an opportunity to network with other practitioners, and record your own broadcast-standard content.
As such the event is capped at 10 attendees to ensure everyone has a studio timeslot to record.

10.00-10.45: "Do I need social media?" - with Dr Audrey Tang
Social Media has changed the way we do things – as experts (especially those who are self employed) we are expected to have a social media presence, and it is also the cheapest way to build a brand.
However, there is a huge difference between content that influencers – and even journalists – create, and that which experts may wish to impart, much of which we would all agree cannot be done in 60 secs and shouldn’t really be done as a “soundbite”.
This session looks at where an online presence beenfits us (and the red flags), how we as practitioners can construct messages we are happy with, and explore the problems that we may face in the light of a mine(mind) field of misinformation.
10.45-11.30: Addressing Imposter Phenomenon and Performance Anxiety - with Dr Maja Jankowska
That feeling of being 'found out' – even when you're highly qualified. This session reframes imposter phenomenon as a normal response to meaningful, high-stakes work, not a personal failing.
We'll explore how to separate evidence from emotion, act alongside self-doubt, and stop mistaking anxiety for incompetence.
Plus: This session will be recorded live in the studio with you as the audience. We'll provide commentary throughout, so you can familiarise yourself with the studio environment – learning by observing before you step in to record your own content.
11:30-13:00: Networking (ticket includes a hot drink and slice of cake), during which each attendee will spend 10 minutes with Dr Audrey to record their own broadcast-standard content in the studio.
Content creation time can be used as you wish - some practitioners like to record a series of 4-5 short reels for social media, others prefer to record a promo for their book, or their course, or a long-form piece...the time is yours.
