God’s transformation begins with the way we think, interpret our experiences, communicate with others, and respond to life’s challenges.
Join us at Cornerstone Church for Be Transformed, a faith-based coaching class designed to help participants renew their thinking, strengthen their communication, overcome limiting patterns, and move toward the future God has placed in their hearts.
Drawing from biblical principles, coaching practices, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming—or NLP—this interactive class will provide practical tools that can be used for personal growth, ministry, leadership, relationships, and coaching conversations.
The course materials describe this training as an opportunity for personal transformation and for becoming better equipped to help others. Romans 12:2 serves as a central invitation to renew our minds and align our thoughts with Kingdom principles.
What We Will Cover
Participants will explore:
Mind renewal and biblical transformation
How thoughts, language, emotions, and behavior are connected
Coaching communication and effective listening
Building rapport and understanding how others process information
Setting clear, achievable, and meaningful goals
Recognizing and reframing limiting beliefs
Developing positive emotional and mental resources
Renewed Vision and Time Line techniques
Identifying the root of negative emotions and limiting decisions
Anchoring confidence, peace, motivation, and other resourceful states
Creating a compelling vision for the future
Using coaching tools to help others move forward
The training manuals include communication models, rapport, representational systems, goal development, anchoring, reframing, strategies, and other practical coaching skills. The Renewed Vision materials also address discovering root causes, releasing negative emotions, removing limiting decisions, setting future goals, and creating a vision for the future.
What to Expect
This will be an interactive and experiential class, not simply a lecture. Participants will have opportunities to:
