Over these two days, we will explore the yogic approach to happiness and fulfillment through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. According to these teachings, true satisfaction is not found in chasing our dreams; life is not solely about fulfilling our desires and needs. We are, in fact, part of the universe, and true joy can only be found by understanding this deeper connection.
Through practice, we can experience this state, expand our perspective, and connect with universal consciousness and cosmic energy. We’ll explore how to bring deeper meaning into our lives and become a source of inspiration for others.

About Sadhana Singh
Sadhana Singh is a lead Kundalini Yoga teacher dedicated to supporting the development of new teachers and trainers worldwide. Over the past three decades, he has shared his knowledge and experiences of learning, practicing, and teaching yoga worldwide. As an inspired author, he has written numerous books on Kundalini Yoga practice, discipline, and philosophy, along with its applications in various areas of life. He is also a dedicated counselor to individuals and companies.
