Join American Legion Post 210 for the Be The One Seminar and Suicide Awareness Training on Saturday, April 18 from 2:00–4:00 PM at the Legion Hall.
This seminar is about hope, understanding, and learning how to support veterans and loved ones who may be struggling—often silently. It’s not about lectures or labels. It’s about recognizing the signs, starting honest conversations, and reminding one another that help is always within reach.
You don’t need special training or experience to attend—just a willingness to care. Because sometimes one conversation, one question, or one moment of compassion can truly save a life.
