Join the River Flow Yoga community for an evening celebrating Summer Solstice! Thursday, June 18th, we come together to celebrate the longest day of the year and a day marking the turning of seasons to the fire and energy of Summer. Just as we welcome the light of the sun, so too we welcome and honor the Light that shines from deep within each of us. Solstice giving us full permission to truly Be the Light!
We'll begin the evening with an all-levels yoga class led by Charlotte, ERYT500, with movements to awaken and shine- to remember YOUR light. Following, Crystal, ERYT500, will guide us into a reverberant sound bath - truly being carried and held in savasana. Movement, breath and sound with the RFY community- what a gorgeous evening. We hope you join us.
