Be That Woman Retreat Day- Calm on the Farm

Info: When women come together something magical happens, we build a sisterhood. This will be day of pure joy celebrating you
and holding space for us all to gather, to soften and just pause. A day of reflection and reset with like minded women.
We will begin the day with a Womens circle, intention setting , meditation, poetry, creativity and cacao.
Styal is soaked in natural beauty which we will enjoy with a leisurely walk into the woods followed by a nourishing lunch.
The afternoon will continue nourishing ourselves with a beautiful Soundbath.
The day will end with a beautiful closing circle as our ancestors did hundreds of years ago around the fire with a joyful celebration of song and drumming. Please bring any instruments.
And of course the day will be filled with a lot of love and laughter.
