Do racing thoughts, rising stress, or the urge to control every outcome ever leave you exhausted? You’re not alone. In this Be Still class, we’ll stretch to release tension, practice calming breath work, and learn how regulating the nervous system helps bring peace to both body and mind. Rooted in Matthew 6:25–34, we’ll be reminded that God invites us to release tomorrow’s worries and rest in today’s grace. With guided breathing prayer and reflection, you’ll leave carrying less fear, inhaling His peace, and exhaling control.
You don’t need to bring anything—everything is provided, including yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. Just come as you are, ready to relax and reconnect with the gift of rest.
