The quiet that settles within.
The kind where your breathing naturally slows.
Your shoulders soften.
Your thoughts no longer demand your attention.
For a little while, you aren't planning the next thing, replaying yesterday, or trying to solve tomorrow.
You simply are.
Be Still and Know is an evening created to help you rediscover that kind of quiet.
Join Amanda diMonda of Balsamic Moon Alchemy and live handpan artist Jaxon Phoenix for a deeply restorative experience where breath, music, and Reiki gently guide you back to yourself.
As Amanda leads a guided breath meditation, Jaxon's live handpan becomes more than music, it becomes something you can feel. Its soothing vibrations weave through the room, creating a soundscape that supports deep relaxation and invites your nervous system to settle into stillness.
Throughout the meditation, Amanda will also offer Reiki to the group, allowing breath, sound, and energy to come together in a deeply nourishing experience for the body, mind, and spirit.
This evening is an opportunity to step away from the constant stimulation of everyday life and reconnect with the wisdom that becomes easier to hear when everything else grows quiet.
Together we'll create space to:
✨ Quiet the mental chatter
✨ Soothe and regulate the nervous system
✨ Rest deeply in the present moment
✨ Reconnect with your breath and inner knowing
✨ Leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed
Following the meditation, you're warmly invited to stay for herbal tea, heartfelt conversation, and an optional sharing circle, a gentle space to connect, reflect, and simply enjoy being together in community.
What to Bring
• A yoga mat or another comfortable mat to lie on
• Pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)
• An eye mask if you have one (new eye masks will also be available)
Come dressed comfortably and create a little nest for yourself.
Whether this is your first experience with breath meditation or a familiar practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Sometimes the deepest healing isn't found in doing more.
It's found in remembering that beneath all the noise...
There is stillness.
