Dear Sisters,
You are warmly invited to gather in a sacred circle for a Sound Bath Healing circle.
This is a space to rest, reconnect, and reawaken the light within. Through ritual, reflection, sharing, and intention-setting. We’ll sit in circle, listen deeply, and support one another as we each tend to our vibration.
This is a space of softness, of depth, of soul. A place to honor your wisdom, your voice, and your becoming.
Spaces are limited, so we can keep the circle intimate.
We are blessed to welcome Shahad Hassan, who will guide us through a deeply restorative sound bath meditation with beautiful singing bowls and a wealth of knowledge. Her soothing frequencies will help quiet the mind, open the heart, and bring a sense of peace and balance to your whole being.
This is your space to pause, to connect, and to simply be: seen, supported, and celebrated.
The price to come to Red Tent circles is $35 for red tent members and $39 for non-members. Included with your ticket purchase is a welcome cup of Cacao.
Please bring:
A mat
A healthy snack to share
A journal and pen, water bottle, a blanket, or anything to make you comfortable
An open heart and a willingness to share or simply receive
What type of women come to Red Tent?
Women from all age groups, all backgrounds, beliefs, and countries. Women who are ready for a shift, women who are tired of the status quo, Women who want a deeper connection to themselves and others.
What time do I arrive?
Please arrive at 1:15 pm to be settled, with your cuppa by 1.30 pm.
Venue: Heart of the Bay’s Community Centre, Rothesay Room, 2 Glen Road, Browns Bay, Auckland
I believe that women need to sit in a circle—not because we are broken or in need of healing, But because we are whole, and we are tired. We come to the circle for replenishment. To go deep to nourish the soul, the heart, and the spirit. When women gather, magic happens. We know this from our own experiences. And as these circles grow, something more begins to stir: They become a beacon, radiating inspiration, sparking transformation, offering practical tools and soulful practices to meet life’s challenges with grace.
As part of the Red Tent Aotearoa community, each Red Tent is a reflection of the women who co-create it—unique, authentic, and alive. And yet, we all come seeking the same things: a sense of belonging, the space to be heard and seen, The slowing down and softening that replenishes our inner well, and the simple joy of sharing time and space in sisterhood.
Come as you are. You are welcome here.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the circle.
