Join us on Thursday, October 16 at 5:30 p.m. for Run Ready, a freeorthopedic information session designed to help runners of all levels better prepare their bodies for performance and recovery. LVPG Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physician and first place women’s finisher of the Love Run Philadelphia half-marathon, Margaret Vido, DO, will lead the session about how to keep your body healthy, strong and injury-free, and LVHN Rehabilitation Services will be offering a running screening to participants.

This event is being held on the Third Floor of the Health Center at Gilbertsville.
