BE Ready Prenatal classes are a wonderful way support the many changes in the pregnant body. Create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through meditation, breathing practices, and yoga movement. With sequences that create balance throughout the entire body, learn how to strengthen, stretch and breathe while you settle into comfort and softness. Strengthen uterine muscles while improving circulation and digestion.
Prepare for your birth by learning how to make room in the pelvis for baby to navigate through, while settling into a relaxed state of being. This class is designed to prepare the birthing body for labor and childbirth.
This nurturing class offers you a community of other beautiful souls just like yourself, also experiencing pregnancy, while learning, growing and sharing wisdom and experiences from one another.
BE Ready Yoga is the perfect class for all levels of yoga and all trimesters of pregnancy.
Led by the incredible Stephanie Read, who has studied the healing aspects of yoga since 1998 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2009, you’ll be in expert hands. Stephanie is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and DONA certified birth doula, bringing a wealth of knowledge in anatomy and childbirth.
