Iowa PBS invites families to our 2026 Be My Neighbor Day celebration on Sunday, September 20, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Iowa PBS studios in Johnston. Inspired by Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, this free community event is all about spreading kindness, building connections and celebrating what makes our neighborhoods special.
To help make the day enjoyable for everyone, we’re asking guests to select an arrival time when you register. This helps us space out the crowd and ensure families have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the day.
