Be More Adaptive™ Social Hour at Shandy's on 19th

Join us for a casual evening of connection and community at Be More Adaptive's next Social Hour, hosted at Shandy's on 19th in the Houston Heights! This event will take place on October 2nd from 6 to 8 pm.

Be More Adaptive will provide complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and guests are welcome to purchase additional food and drinks at their discretion. This is a great opportunity to share disability resources and mingle with peers in the community. If businesses are interested in sponsoring, they can provide meals for the group or donate to support future social events.

This Social Hour is open to all in the disability community, including those who identify as disabled, individuals working in the disability sector, caregivers, and family members. RSVP by September 30th to ensure that the restaurant can accommodate everyone. If you have any access needs or questions, please reach out in advance so we can work to address them. Shandy's offers both tall and short tables and is happy to remove chairs to make space for wheelchair users.
