Looking for a unique evening out with your Valentine? Join our special two-hour Be Mine Couples’ Restorative Yoga Event.Throughout this special night’s practice, we’ll incorporate gentle partner massages and opportunities for holding hands (awe).
The evening finishes with hot tea and a Valentine’s treat.
If you haven’t tried restorative yoga yet, it is about deep rest. Over the course of the two hours, Love teacher Jill will guide couples to utilize bolsters, blocks, and blankets (yes, weighted blankets too!) to position our bodies and minds for rest.
