This year marks the 10th Annual Be Kind 2 Your Mind and we are truly excited to celebrate this milestone with our community on June 13!Ten years ago this event began as a way to bring awareness to mental health and create a space where kindness and connection could take center stage. Over the past decade it has grown into a meaningful tradition for so many families, friends and supporters. Reaching ten years is something we are incredibly proud of and it would not be possible without this community showing up year after year!

🏃 Run Starts: 7:30 AM
Whether you plan to run, walk or simply come out to support mental health awareness your presence helps make this event special. Each participant is part of the reason this event has continued to grow and thrive.
